Monitoring & Implementation

A team of lawyers from Public Counsel, Disability Rights New Mexico, Native American Disability Law Center, and Pegasus Legal Services for Children will be monitoring the implementation of the settlement agreement.  As part of that process, there will be annual public reports filed by the state and the Co-Neutrals. Because of the coronavirus pandemic, the Parties entered into an agreement to extend some 2020 deadlines by 180 days.
